Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) applies to everyone who uses InviterVideo (the “Service”) and forms part of our Terms of Service. It is meant to keep the Service safe, lawful, and welcoming. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to transmit, share, or store any content or to communicate in any way that violates local, state, or federal laws, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, fraud, or copyright infringement. You also may not:

• Send unsolicited, bulk, or automated messages (spam), or message anyone who has not consented or who has opted out.
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Collect or use others' personal information without a lawful basis and their consent.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose unrelated to a church's outreach, or in any way that could harm minors.

Prohibited content

Users are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, or texting images, videos, or text that is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or depicts violence or illegal acts. This includes content that harasses or bullies, incites harm, promotes illegal activity, or infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Messaging conduct

Invitations and messages must go only to people you know and who are glad to hear from you. You are responsible for having each recipient's consent, for honoring opt-out requests promptly, and for complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and mobile carrier rules. Do not use the Service to send political, promotional, or fundraising messages unrelated to your church's invitation to its community.

Your content

You must own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to all text and video content you share, including any music, images, voices, and likenesses it contains.

Enforcement

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor, review, filter, or delete any content or communications. Any violation of this Policy will result in immediate termination or suspension of texting and video-sharing services without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
