This Privacy Policy explains how Parakletos Solutions LLC (“we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use InviterVideo (the “Service”). We built the Service to be gentle and respectful: we collect only what we need to help churches and their members send warm invitations, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email, and login details (handled by our login provider).
• Church information: church name, city, logo, and settings you provide.
• Contacts and recipients: the names and phone numbers or emails of friends that members choose to invite, and records of consent.
• Content: videos, titles, images, and messages you create or upload.
• Usage and delivery: whether invitations were opened, responded to, or led to a visit, so churches can see what is working.
• Payment: subscription details processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• To provide the Service: create and deliver invitations, render videos, and send messages you initiate.
• To show churches gentle, aggregate results such as visits and return visits.
• To operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it. These include providers for login, database hosting, video storage and delivery, text messaging, email, and payments. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Consent and communications

Messages are sent because a member chose to invite someone they know. Every recipient can opt out at any time, and we honor opt-outs promptly. Churches and members are responsible for having each recipient's consent before contacting them.

SMS/text messaging privacy

When you opt in to receive text messages, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (the date and how you opted in). We use this only to send the messages you asked for and to keep our texting compliant. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging carriers and service providers strictly necessary to deliver your messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may access, correct, or delete your information, and recipients may opt out of messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. To make a request, contact us at support@invitervideo.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time and will note the new effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
